Because these products are downloadable you are unable to return them in any satisfactory measure and for that reason we do not offer returns or refunds. We do our best to inform you about the product before you buy it but once you do please know that your investment is irreversible.

9. Refunds and Returns

FEBE does not offer refunds because it is impossible for you to entirely return your downloadable product. If you have made a mistake you may request to have your PayPal transaction cancelled, but this is only possible if you have not downloaded the product. If you believe you are eligible for a cancellation, please email our staff and we will check to see if a product was downloaded and if not you may request a cancellation.
